How Do You Balance Your Stress Levels?
This morning, I decided to record an audio podcast (my 3rd) on destressing the Head, Neck and Shoulders.
As I’ve become involved in a community of onliners
, professionals that spend a lot of their time sitting at a desk, etc, I’m intrigued and passionate about movement in its various forms and seeking and suggesting alternatives.
When I work through my day whether I am with a client, or at a desk, or driving, teaching or dancing, I am constantly aware of my ‘biomechanics.’ How does my body relate to my environment through its incredulous musculo-skeletal structure and its great holistic churnings?
What is easy for me? What is a challenge and how do I set about repatterning an old habit, for instance, that is causing me some pain and stress?
It’s so easy, when I am with a client, to go into assisting so much that I forget about my own body.
So ,how do you balance your personal or business situations with your overall movement choices?
