And the winners of the Water Challenge last week are……..nowhere near Dulwich, unfortunately, but I’m very excited for them.
Clare Evans was the first person to comment on my blog, last week when I began the 2 litre daily Water Challenge and so I am pleased to say that she is one of two lovely people to get a free bespoke podcast this week along with Matt Helmick, (@IntegralHack) for some of his rather witty remarks to following the challenge, on Twitter.
Well done, congratulations and thank you Clare and Matt for your great support over the week and I do hope that you will continue drinking up to 2 litres of water daily? lol.x And remembering that as Easter and Bank Holiday weekend approaches, keep healthy. x lol
