		<description>A very timely blog.  Yes, I&#039;m one of those people who can get to the afternoon and realise that I haven&#039;t had anything to drink all day.  I always start the day with a juice, often have a coffee in the morning but notice if I have too many days with coffee and I actually start to feel worse and need to have a few caffeine free days.

Building up gradually is always a good idea.  If I go straight for 2lt on day one, I&#039;ll be popping to the loo every 5 minutes and it can place an extra strain on the kidneys.  Little and often throughout the day is also better than trying to drink too much all at once.

Will join you getting back on track with the hydration.  She says - heading off to have some water now.</description>
