My name is Liz Chukwu and I assist people in finding a balance in their bodies through movement modalities such as Dance and Pilates. I am a Lifestyle Consultant and Nurse Specialist with a dedicated passion for Dance, Health & Movement. This means that I  look at the way a person moves, to understand why they may be experiencing certain physical or mental discomfort and movement challenges. Imbalances in our physical being, those little quirks of movement that we have acquired over many years of everyday challenging habits are responsible for much of the stress that we feel.

Thanks to my training and experience as a Nurse, Dancer, Pilates Teacher (certified and trained by Kelly Kane in New York who was trained by Romana Kryzanowska), Massage Therapist and Yoga Practitioner(Yogini), I have developed a great sense of awareness of good posture and how imbalances in the body can affect a normal healthy lifestyle.
I work with my clients to address their Movement and health issues and assist in releasing the tension that they are feeling, so as to improve the quality of their life.

MY INTERESTS
My interests and other passions include Writing and Poetry and you may have already seen some of my poems here. I love my family and friends and enjoy socialising and cooking vegetarian/vegan food, I love to read, listen to music and check out the latest information over the internet. I’m like a sponge for information and also enjoy travelling to different countries and exploring the diversity and intricacy of cultures and language. I have lots of friends all over the world and I often get to see a side to most destinations that are hidden from foreigners, which is a real treat for me.
